Exclusive Events to Build Community

Throughout all of our developments, we pride ourselves on bringing our community together, offering a series of unique experiences that build a sense of unity and familiarity. It’s one of the little things we do – and here are just a few recent examples.

Winemaker in Residence

Some of the wines on display.

It was our pleasure to extend an invitation to our One Saint Stephens purchasers for the Winemaker in Residence event with Cloudy Bay winemaker Nikolai St George and The Hotel Britomart’s fine wine director, David Nash earlier this month.  Our Purchaser Concierge and Development Manager also attended and enjoyed sampling the very best vintages of the iconic Te Koko Sauvignon Blanc as well as Pelorus, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir – matched with delicious canapes from kingi.

An Italian Twist on a Classic

At the end of last year, we hosted our purchaser community to celebrate the classic ‘roof shout’ development milestone with an elevated Italian twist. And what a night it was! Sir John Kirwan (JK), his wife Fiorella, their daughter Francesca and her husband, Luca, were on hand providing delicious food, scintillating storytelling, and wine pairing from JK14.

Their family-focussed hospitality echoes our own sentiments perfectly.

Food Trucks on our Doorstep

Our team look forward to being in the One Saint Stephens display suite on the night of the Food Truck event, right on our doorstep in the forecourt of Holy Trinity. This free event on the evening of Thursday, 7 March, is sponsored by the Parnell Business Association, hosted by Holy Trinity Cathedral, managed by The Food Truck Collective and promises to be a “fantastic evening of food, drinks, music, and fun”.

For more information, click here and please come and visit us in the adjacent Display Suite if you attend!
