A Dryer Summer Sees Great Progress

After a short yet refreshing break, the construction team is back on-site, progressing forward towards putting the finishing touches on One Saint Stephens later this year.

Things are progressing well with these twenty-eight Luxury Apartments at the top of Parnell, and we appreciate the support of so many purchasers.

The building structure remains hidden behind a dark veil, while inside is a hive of activity across multiple levels.

Recent milestones include the installation of all apartment internal doors, the completion of lining across the lower floors, and glazing installed across three of the six levels of the building.

And not just the interiors. The Jura limestone, imported from Germany, is beginning to adorn the exterior and will provide a sense of permanence to the building as it sits atop the hill and nearby such other prestigious buildings as the Cathedral and the Museum further afield. This stone will beautifully offset the extensive glazing that will also be part of the exterior of the building.

The Jura limestone used on One Saint Stephens has been used for buildings dating back to the time of the Roman Empire.
