First Glimpse at the Car Detailing Bay

The car wash bay is beginning to look rather smart now that it has been painted white – a contrast to the deep black of the rest of the upper basement level in which it sits. The floor of the bay will have a hard-wearing Mapei Epoxy membrane in a mid-grey finish.

The selection of lighter colours helps to increase the lighting levels in the bay and highlights reflections from the beautiful vehicles being detailed to perfection.

This area will be fully closed off with a roller door and feature a water purification system. We have consulted with an expert car care technician on the ideal requirements for this space and have agreed that they will be available to undertake the service for our One St Stephens residents if they so choose. Or alternatively, each resident is free to spend a lazy afternoon polishing their pride and joy themselves.

While the detailing bay will be light and airy, the lower garaging at One Saint Stephens will be reminiscent of a luxury car showroom, complete with feature lighting illuminating vehicles and extra wide spaces for easy maneuverability. Electricity is supplied to each owner’s set of car parks, allowing EV chargers or trickle chargers to be installed, always keeping vehicles topped up.
