The developers, architects, interior designer, development manager and constructor for One Saint Stephens have delivered multiple high-end projects previously. Key to their success has been their ability to work closely with each other from the early stages of each project.
OUTLOOK — Mission Bay, Auckland
This ground-breaking complex was a first for the Eastern Bays. Comprising 43 apartments, with the majority enjoying views of Rangitoto and Hauraki Gulf, Outlook brought a 21st-century aesthetic to apartment living in this suburb. Striking, elegant, and much admired, Outlook was Mike and Martin’s initial project in partnership.
Elm — Remuera, Auckland
Seamlessly incorporating traditional and contemporary elements, Elm is a handsome addition to the architecture of Remuera. The 13 apartments include several inspired by the traditional villa while others celebrate contemporary urban design. The building is completed and welcomed residents in March 2022.
Wairua — Remuera, Auckland
Situated on the corner of Remuera and Wairua Roads, Wairua is an elegant building containing fifteen luxury apartments. Enjoying arresting views, as well as proximity to Wairua Reserve, Wairua shows, once again, the developers’ rare ability to realise the full potential of a location. Wairua will be ready for its residents in early 2023.
