Steel Rises on Another Sold Out Floor

We are delighted to welcome another purchaser to the One Saint Stephens community. The new owners have selected the last first-floor apartment as their new home, resulting in level one joining level three as being fully sold out. This leaves four luxurious two and three-bedroom apartments available for purchase from the ground to sub-penthouse level.

We are reminded that Elm Remuera, our previous development, sold out more than a year before completion and had people asking to purchase well after all the apartments were sold. It’s looking like One Saint Stephens could be similar.

Meanwhile, on-site at One Saint Stephens, the viewing scaffold tower has gone to make way for further progress, which has been tracking well. Parts of the building are nearly at full height, and the structural steel is going into place for the first few levels. Significant progress has been made in spite of some challenging weather.
